Introduction
The Nikon Z8 is the latest addition to Nikon’s Z-mount mirrorless camera lineup. Kind of Z9’s little brother, it’s a high-performance camera that offers excellent image quality both for still image and video (4K and 8K recording), fast autofocus, and a wide range of features.
The Z8 is powered by a 45.7-megapixel full-frame sensor and EXPEED 6 image processor. This combination delivers stunning image quality with sharp details, accurate colors, and low noise levels.
It features 493 phase-detection autofocus points that cover 90% of the frame: this allows for fast and accurate autofocus, even when shooting moving subjects.
The Nikon Z8 also features in-body image stabilization, which helps to reduce camera shake when shooting handheld video.
As it is a weather-sealed camera, it’s making it ideal for shooting in challenging conditions. It also features a large 3.2-inch tilting touchscreen LCD display and a 0.5-inch electronic viewfinder with 3.69 million dots.
