Tamron has announced the launch of a new 20-40mm F2.8 Di II VXD zoom lens for full-frame Sony E-mount cameras. This constant F2.8 zoom lens offers a unique focal length range and is constructed of 12 elements in 11 groups, including four LD (low dispersion) elements, two GM (Glass Molded Aspherical) elements and one Hybrid Aspherical element.
Nikon announces Nikkor Z 17–28mm F2.8 lens for Z-mount cameras
Nikon has announced the release of the Nikkor Z 17-28mm F2.8, a new wide-angle zoom lens for Nikon Z mirrorless camera systems. It seems to essentially be a ‘Nikonized’ version of Tamron’s 17-28mm f/2.8 Di III RXD lens.
