With a DXOMARK Camera score of 136, the Xiaomi 13 Pro performed well in our tests, offering bright exposure, nice colors and good detail capture in both photo and video modes. In addition, the camera was capable of producing high image quality at close and medium range tele settings and recorded still images with a wide dynamic range, even in low light.
With a DXOMARK Camera score of 152, the Honor Magic5 Pro is the new leader in their ranking. It also takes the No. 1 spot in the photo ranking, thanks to outstanding photo results across all light levels. The Magic5 Pro also did very well for video and is currently the best Android device for recording moving images.

Google has announced its newest Pixel smartphones, the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. The smartphones include the second-generation Tensor chipset – Google’s custom in-house chipset. The new Pixel 7 phones, complete with a bespoke SoC, include improved features found in the Pixel 6 alongside a few brand-new ones.
The new main camera is a three-lens array that delivers 48-megapixel images via the main camera. That sensor, which bears striking resemblance to Samsung’s GM2, also features a quad-pixel array and is overall 65 percent larger than iPhone 13 Pro. It is able to adapt to the photo being captured and features second-generation sensor-shift optical image stabilization.
The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus feature a new 12MP Main camera featuring a larger sensor and larger pixels, a new front TrueDepth camera, the Ultra Wide camera to capture more of a scene, and Apple’s new “Photonic Engine” which the company claims is a giant leap in low-light camera performance.
The Xiaomi 12S Ultra is the Chinese brand’s latest flagship phone, featuring an impressive spec sheet, which includes a WQHD+ TrueColor display and Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 top-end chipset for plenty of processing power. Special emphasis has been put on camera performance and design.
